Change is difficult, and requires both an acknowledgment of one’s challenges and a brave willingness to work toward solutions. As a licensed psychologist for over 25 years, it has been my life’s work to provide support, care, healing, and practical strategies for children, adolescents, adults, and families who are pursuing inner growth and mental wellness. I utilize a solution-focused, research based, collaborative approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems theory, positivism, and mindfulness-based approaches. I provide consultation, assessments, and teletherapy. Pain and struggle are real, but so is hope - and hope can lead to constructive action. As Robert Frost wrote, “The best way out is always through.”
